INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
1 kg Chicken
1 Tbsp Haldi Powder (to wash the Chicken)
500 Gms Onion
4 Tomatoes
1 Whole Garlic
3 – 4 Inch Ginger
2 – 3 Green Chillies
1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp. Salt (for frying chicken)
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (apply on the chicken)
WHOLE SPICES:
4 – 5 Laung
1 Dal Chini
1 Star Anise
2 Bay Leaf
4 Elachi
2 Badi Elachi
2 Dried Red Chillies
10 – 12 Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Jeera
GROUND SPICES:
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 Tbsp Chicken Masala
1.5 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
