These are so crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, not to mention that it’s packed with flavour. I hope you’ll enjoy these and give them a try soon.

Ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
⅓ cup custard powder
3 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup finely grated coconut
1½ sticks unsalted cold butter
1 cup coconut milk (room temp)
⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk (room temp)
Evaporated milk to bring the dough together (room temp)
Oil for frying

Sugar syrup:
1½ cups water
2 cups sugar (white or brown)
1 tsp cardamom powder
