Vegan Fish – unagi Ingredients:
100g (makes 2 pieces of unagi) hearts of palm, drained & rinsed
12g | 1 Tbsp rice flour
8g | 1 Tbsp arrowroot powder
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp garlic powder
1 Nori sheet
Unagi Sauce:
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
