The KAABOO music and arts festival is now in the books and the Palate culinary tent was one aspect that drew a very interested crowd.
Local and international chefs shared the stage at that event.
They did live demonstrations and there were lots of samples to be had.
Local chef Maureen Cubbon welcomed the exposure.
“It’s amazing. It’s a wonderful opportunity to be apart of the first time of KAABOO here in Cayman the crowds are wonderful. Really people, everyone is so enthusiastic. We all know Cayman is a culinary capital, so it’s pretty amazing to be sharing the stage with some amazing chefs locally and internationally,” said Ms. Cubbon.
Those gathered at the Palate section of the festival also had an opportunity to sample exotic cuisine combinations which included iguana.
