Punches are a great way to enjoy rum and if you’re in the Caribbean you’ll see them everywhere. Les Saintes is an island that’s part of Guadeloupe, but we’ve gone for an aged rum from nearby Martinique instead of a more local rum. The pair of islands are the home of French-style cane-juice rhum, and we like the extra character that ageing brings to Trois Rivières Cuvée du Moulin.
