In this video we will be teaching you how to make our Dominican Style Sofrito. Sofrito is perfect for the holidays since it can be used to season a wide variety of dishes (Rice, Beans, Meat, Seafood, and Veggies).

Hope you guys enjoy our EASY Sofrito Recipe! Keep in mind that Sofrito varies and can be made with different ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 Yellow Onions
– 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
– 1 Green Bell Pepper
– 1 Orange Bell Pepper
– 2 Heads of Garlic
– 1 Cubanelle Pepper
– 2 Cilantro Bushes (You can substitute 1 Cilantro for a Culantro bush)
– 3 Tbsp of White Vinegar (or 2 Tbsp of Lemon or Lime)
– 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil (**Optional**)
– 1 Packet of Sazon Goya
– 1 Bouillon Cube
– Adobe (To Taste)
– Oregano (To Taste)

STEPS:
1. Wash all Ingredients
2. Rough Cut all Ingredients (Veggies)
3. Blend and add seasoning
** STORAGE**
– Keep Refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or Freeze Sofrito
