In this episode we are making a very traditional Puerto Rican side dish: Yuca al Ajillo or roughly translated as Garlicky Yuca. This dish is super easy and delicious, you can eat it cold or warm, by itself or with your favorite meat. This is a great recipe to have under your belts. Grab some yuca and lots of garlic! 2 medium onions, sliced
10 cloves of garlic, minced
