This video is about making urad dal porridge using palm jaggery. Both urad dal and palm jaggery has their own health benefits and it helps to build our immune system. It strengthens our bones, and cleanses the body. It aids in digestion and has simple ingredients which are available at home. This is a traditional recipe taught to my mother by her grandmother. Our great, great grandparents used to have this porridge after coming back from farms in the evening and will skip their dinner after having this. This is a must try recipe and should be given to kids and elder people at least once in a week.
