Recipe:
1kg Tapioca (grated finely)
220g sugar
2 eggs
14g Tapioca starch
40g Butter (melted)
270g coconut milk
a dash of salt

Prep: Peel the tapioca and grate finely. Once done, add sugar, salt and mix well. Then fold in the eggs, coconut milk, tapioca starch and lastly melted butter. Mix well till the texture not too thick or too thin. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degree celcius or till it is cooked and the top turned brown.

*If you happen to have less tapioca, you can always ratio by using the above weight measurement as a guide.
