1.75oz (50ml) White Rum
.5oz (15ml) Green Chartreuse
.25oz (7.5ml) Rhum Agricole
.75oz (20ml) Lime Juice
.5oz (15ml) Cardamom Syrup
Lime wheel Garnish
For The Cardamom Syrup:
Add 5g Green cardamom pods or 1 tsp powdered cardamom to 200ml Simple Syrup allow to simmer 5 minutes then infuse for 24 hours. Strain into a clean container, lasts 2-3 weeks.
