Ingredients:

– 2 sweet potatoes
– 4 tsp vegetable oil
– 1/2 tsp ground cumin
– Black pepper
– Chilli flakes
– 1 tsp allspice
– 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
– Sprigs of fresh thyme leaves
– 2 spring onions
– 8 tomatoes
– 200 grams of seabass
– 1 avocado
– 3 pineapple slices
– 1/2 lime
– coriander
