Hey guys, in this video i showed you guys how to make crispy steak and potatoes with sauce chien. I shared how I made a mouth watering steak with a homemade citrus steak marinade. These potatoes are baked and fried, reason why I refer to them as crispy. My favorite part is the sauce chien, I also showed you guys my sauce chien recipe, which is french creole hot sauce, perfect for steaks.
