Ingredients:
2-1/2 to 3 lb pork spare ribs (my package said 2.74 lb)
1 tsp dried oregano or Dominican oregano
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder or Goya adobo
1 tsp soy sauce
2 small lemons
1/4 tsp black pepper
Barbecue sauce (I used 1/2 cup or so)

Instructions:

1. Cut the ribs into single pieces. Season and mix them very well. Place them on a large baking pan meaty side down. Cover with aluminum foil.

2. Bake at 300 degrees F for 2-1/2 hours. Remove liquids and brush with barbecue sauce, broil for 5-7 minutes. Flip the ribs and brush the other side, broil for 5-7 minutes.
