Nothing tastes better than our mom’s food and this is one of them. My mom is in town visiting us and I told her I wanted to make Mondongo for my blog. She immediately wanted to help me make it. Of course, the boss, my mom, took over the kitchen and took care of it. Making it from beginning to end and leaving me as the camera girl. But no issue for me there because no one makes this dish better than her.
