Ingredients:
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1/4 cup of pineapple juice
6-8 cubes of ice

¹ You can choose to omit this. It helped it blend easier, but could have been the culprit behind it coming out a bit watery the first go around
² If you want a sweeter version, by all means add more! Or you can sneak in a bit of agave/honey/sweetened condensed milk to make it more rich
³ If you like it thin, don’t alter it. We just preferred a more creamy consistency
