PEANUT BUTTER SOUP OR GROUNDNUT SOUP

Welcome back to my channel once again.
In this video, I shared an absolute favorite soup enjoyed by most Ghanaians which is the Peanut Butter Soup or Groundnut Soup (Nkatie Nkwan). Although the preparation process is quite tedious, it is a definitely must try soup since the end result is super amazing. INGREDIENTS
FOR SEASONING AND STEAMING
1 Medium Size Onion
1/2 Thumb of Ginger
2 Cloves of Garlic
Cow-Leg Meat (Kotodwe)
Chicken Wings
Maggi Seasoning
1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
Salt tt.
FOR SOUP
1 Cup Peanut Butter/ Groundnut Paste
1 Tbsp of Tomato Paste
18 Red Scotch Bonnet Pepper
5 Green Scotch Bonnet Pepper
3 Tomatoes
