How to make Locrio de Pollo Dominicano. This is an easy Dominican food recipe. One of my favorite food to eat in Dominican Republic. It simply chicken and rice with a unique Dominican twist. We marinate the chicken, sear it with brown sugar and adding a Sofrito cube. It is so delicious. Enjoy!

half of red onion sliced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 tomato chopped
1 chicken bullion cube
1 to 2 teaspoon salt
1 packet of Sazon
2 to 3 garlic cloves minced
