Hello and welcome to my channel!
Today I am sharing with you a simple yet delicious seasoning condiment recipe for a small batch of sofrito. This will kick up a notch of flavor to pork, poultry, seafoods, beef, etc! great also to season up stews, soups, beans, rice etc Only for savory dishes.
For a small batch ingredients:
1 large green bell pepper
2 medium Spanish onions
1 bag of ajicito dulce( also known as aji dulce peppers) (about 10 peppers)
1 head of garlic, peeled or 30 Cloves
1 large bunch of cilantro (also known as coriander leaves)
1 bunch of Culantro (also known as recao)
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil or more if necessary.
You can use the food processor or blender or nutribullet can be used as well.
COOKS NOTE:
🔹️Feel free to use any color vegetables that’s available to you such as:
Sweet Bell Peppers
Onions
Ajicito Dulces
The only thing that changes is the color of your sofrito.
🔹️To make a bigger batch you can double or even triple the ingredients.
