Nowhere is the art of cheese making more multifaceted than it is in France. There you’ll find both countless different varieties of cheese, as well as a myriad of ‘maitre fromager affineur’ – the master cheese makers who create them. In France it is a calling unto itself, one which Bernard Antony, from the small village of Vieux-Ferrette, has perfected – he’s one of the best in his field.
