Want To Learn How To Make Sofrito? All you need to made a large batch of this delicious mixture is:
~2 bunches of Cilantro
~1 Green bell pepper
~1 red bell pepper
~1/2 an onion
~6 large cloves of garlic
~1 roma tomato
Puerto Rican SOFRITO RECIPE
1.) Blend ALL INGREDIENTS together in a blender!
2.) Store in an ice cube tray, allow sofrito to freeze. Once frozen, remove them from the ice cube tray and throw them in a freezer bag. Can last about 3 months before getting frost bite! But trust me, this will be gone within a month!
