Ingredients:

Marinade:
4 cups of cold water
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp green seasoning
1 scotch bonnet pepper

Fish:
3 lbs of king fish steaks
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp clarified butter or cooking oil
1 medium onion
½ large tomato
4 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp green seasoning
½ tsp ground annatto
½ tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp tomato puree
2 cups water
