In this video I wanted to show you the city of Trieste and its surroundings. The Saint Martin festivity, celebrated on the Karst by the Slovene minority of Trieste, has given me the idea of creating a vegan version of the traditional dishes, such as the “frittole con l’anima” (in Slovenian fanclji z dušo – “frittole” with soul”) and the sausages.
