In this video I share some footage of me indulging in some of Trinidad & Tobago popular street food – Doubles. I had so much fun. Doubles is like a sandwich with two pieces of fried dough and a filling of curried channa aka chick peas. Some people don’t add any curry when preparing the channa. The Doubles is served with pepper sauce and other locally made condiments like cucumber chutney etc.
