Herbs go ahead and brush a sheet pan with some extra virgin olive oil laying a few sheets of filo at a time making sure you brush them with extra virgin olive oil at the center add your cheeses i’m using feta and mozzarella continuing to layer your phyllo as you’ve done and

Brushing them with extra virgin olive oil at the very top add your toppings all the veggies that you’ve cut up some feta cheese and of course if you have any rotisserie chicken like i do go ahead and use that up cut them up into squares stick this in the oven for 20

Minutes so good it’s actually good
